What is my delivery status?


To track your parcel, use the tracking number we had provided you in the email. However, please allow 24 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.




Do you deliver on weekends?


Sorry, no. All orders shall be shipped within 1-3 working days upon payment verification. Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.




Do you deliver internationally?


Yes, we delivered international using the UPSP First-Class Package International Service.

Do you offer free shipping?


Yes, we offer FREE Shipping for purchase above certain amount, kindly refer the shipping page.




I have a promotional or discount code, how do I use it for an online purchase?


When you arrive at the order summary, click on Promotional code or gift voucher. If you do not spend the full amount of your gift voucher, you can use it for your next purchase!

1. Credit voucher issued must be claimed within the given timeframe, otherwise it will be forfeited.
2. The value of each individual credit voucher can only be used within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded




I have not received all the items in my order, what should I do?


Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment used for the purchase.
If you have not received any e-mail, contact Customer Services and will we reply to you as soon as possible.




I recieved a defective item, what should I do?


I received a defective item, what should I do? We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item! :( Please give us a chance to fix this - drop us a message here within 10 days from the delivery date with the following info: 1. Your Order Reference (e.g 10001) 2. The product code of the defected item 3. Clear photo of the defect Contact us at info@juniorjunior.com, our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take. Postage fee incurred will be borne by us with the provided shipping cost receipt if the item acknowledged to be defective. Item returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer available, credit voucher with no expiry date will be issued.

Returns & Exchange


We gladly accept return and exchanges. You have [14] working days to return an item from the date you received it. Items will only be refunded if they are returned in an undamaged, unused sale-able state. Please, contact us info@juniorjunior.com to arrange for return and we DO NOT provide cash refund.
